Overview
The Heatburg Transmission Project is part of the larger Hanna Region Transmission Development.
If approved, the project will involve constructing a new substation in the Delburne area. The substation will be connected to an existing transmission line with two single-circuit transmission lines that cover a distance of 115 metres.
Public Involvement
In July, we consulted landowners, occupants,
agencies and interested parties about an initial site
option for the proposed Heatburg substation. We are
now investigating two additional preliminary site
options suitable for this project.
